| The whole life of people has had relation of career for half of century or more, so, success of career is one of an important sign of success and happiness of life. Career conception is individually fundamental opinion of career, and also a reflex of world outlook, outlook on life and values on the career. It varies from proportion to proportion of "three-factor of career" (maintenance of life, personality development, liable for social duty), which will form different arrangement of career conceptions. It takes dominance effect of personal career intention, attitude of actual operation, effect of doing pioneering work. Career conception of people is greatly influenced by historical era which we are in, besides, it also varies along with the increase of age.The thesis mainly takes demonstration study method and questionnaire investigation for 1200 juniors, seniors of 12 colleges and universities in Guangdong Province. It analyses development character and influence factors of career conception of the present college students from angles of society, career, family, school and peer; tentatively explores the relations between career conception of the present college students and career choice behavior to try to summarize and suggest the way and idea of career conception education. |
