In the background with the unprecedented intense international competition and with the rapid development of scientific technology, for each country, talents competition is the key to success. In the meantime, education has played a pivotal role in the national strength competition around the world. Therefore, training a large number of high-quality talents with spirit of innovation and comprehensive ability has become the primary task in the competition among countries. Based on the cognitive study, the construction with variety of environment effectively stimulate the learners’ learning motivation and desire, cultivate students’ ability in autonomous learning, question exploration and solution, and strength the ability of communication and cooperation in social environment.Through the practical application of Dongbei University of the Finance and Economics accounting experimental platform, the research has expanded the cognitive theory to the application. It has firstly stated the fundamental theory of cognitive study. According to the Dongbei University of the Finance and Economics accounting experimental platform and the model that the cognitive study proceeded on, after elaborating the refined model, the research has lucubrated. Based on the fundamental theory of cognitive study and through the application of a wide range of multimedia technology, the research has simulated the completely actual accounting to different learning situation. The whole system is with a high realism, excellent flexibility and vivid imagination, which can combine the theoretical knowledge and social practice well, improve the students’practical ability in the shortest time and strengthen the students’ study enthusiasm and initiative. The research process has expanded the theory of cognitive study from the theoretical level to the application level in the network environment and improved the quality of the construction of network course. Moreover, the construction of the experimental platform has made the relation between the content and the students closer, which can improve the students ability in applying knowledge, independent studying and academic innovation.The purpose of the research is to use the theory of cognitive study to guide the construction of learning model in network environment, and then created different situation to meet the students’ need in learning, which can help students to avoid moving away from the practical needs. The research is an exploration for the future use of practical learning situation, which has used the theory of cognitive study and the application of a wide range of multimedia technology.
