Study On The Construction Of The Occupational Qualities Of The Foreign Affairs Administrator In Chinese Universities

Now China has entered into a period of higher education internationalization. Theinternational education and foreign affairs work of the universities has become more and moreimportant. The construction of a foreign affairs administrators team are essential to theuniversities, which has become a common sense to the development of the universities. It hasbecome an inevitable trend. In the developed countries, universities have realized the highvocational qualities of the foreign affairs administrators, whose work has made greatcontribution to the long term development of the international education of the universities.The theoretical and practical study on the construction of the occupational qualities of theforeign affairs administrator in Chinese universities has a significant importance to thedevelopment of the international education affairs of the universities. It will also develop thequality of the foreign affairs work of the universities in China and contributes to make ouruniversities into the world first-class.This study applies the method of document research, case summarizes and analysis, and dataresearch combined method. The paper discussed and analyzed the situation of the constructionof occupational qualities of the foreign affairs administrators in Chinese universities on thebasis of the current situation of the work. The paper made suggestions to the enhancing of theconstruction of the occupational qualities of the foreign affairs administrators in Chineseuniversities. It made proposal to solve the problem on the aspect of government, universitiesand the individual administrators, which is also the core of the paper.By the study of this paper, the author would like to see a common importance to be put ontothe construction of occupational qualities of the foreign affairs administrators in Chineseuniversities from the public and also provide some proposals to promote the work.
