Faith is a person’s soul. In fact, seeking for the faith is also exploring to the value of oneself. Under different social value, people’s faiths also present different characteristics and laws. Today, mainstream value becomes more and more vague. Multiple values filled every aspect of our lives. In the context of multiple values, our beliefs presented un-stability, low efficient, diversity and utilitarian, and these features even cause the crisis of faith level. The present stage of faith education stays on a mode which seems more like political education and moral education. The system of faith education needs to establish and improve urgently.From this thinking, this paper determined a theme to discuss the faith education in the context of multiple values. There are several parts of the discussions:From the starting point with the significance of faith for people, exploring faith how to direct and guide person, and demonstrates the necessity of faith for human-beings from faith forming process. Starting from the evaluation criterion of faith, making out a system of faith, and demonstrating how irreplaceable the faith education is. Expounding the transformation of faith education which from the conversion of social values, further analyzing the characteristics and laws of faith education under the background of different values, seeking the internal logic between transformation of faith and faith education. Focus on the reality, elaborating the crisis of faith and the shortage of faith education in the context of multiple values. Finally, discussing how to improving faith education.This paper used literature material concluding the magnificent of faith and defining the connotation, characteristics and necessity, analyzing faith education is a kind of achieving human-being’s education. Analyzing the faith education in the context of values conversion and demonstrating the internal cause of faith crisis from values angles using the historical research. Describing the current social phenomenon with a participatory observation research and demonstrating the faith crisis.
