It was introduced into China during modern times, and was being as saving the national governing idea by the intellectuals, to keep their traditional culture in the process of subjectivity in learning western advanced technology. In the90s, intellectuals raised "conservative" banner again, and the most representative genre of the mainland is "new Confucianism". At that time, the contemporary cultural conservatism spread in China. Chapter4produces how to make the effective use of China’s cultural conservatism thoughts in college’s ideological and political education.
