Research On Development Strategy Of Higher Vocational Education Serving Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone

The construction of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone gradually has risen tonational strategies, also brought a strategic opportunity for development of ShandongPeninsula blue economic zone of higher vocational education. The development ofShandong Peninsula blue economic zone needs a large number of high skilled practicaltalents. Therefore,32higher vocational colleges should provide the necessary humanresources to support the development of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone. Thispaper is attempted to analyze the current situation and problems of Shandong Peninsulablue economic zone of the higher vocational education, draw lessons from advancedexperience and effective practices of the higher education development strategy in theYangtze River Delta region to provide reference for the development strategy of highervocational education which serves the construction of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economiczone.This research is described from five parts:The first chapter is the introduction part which mainly discusses the background andimportance of the study, the relevant research review, research thinking, research methods,possible innovation points and the key problems to be solved.The second chapter is the analysis of the present situation of higher vocationaleducation which serving for the construction of Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone.Find out the real higher vocational education situation in Qingdao, Dongying, Yantai,Weifang, Weihai, Rizhao and Binzhou city one by one, affirming the achievements andshortcomings. This chapter plays a role in paving the way for the strategic choice of thefollowing.Chapter3is the case analysis of higher education development strategy in the YangtzeRiver Delta region. Not only the level of economic development, but also the level ofhigher education of Yangtze River Delta region is the most advanced in China. And thenprovide the reference for the final conclusion through the analysis of the higher educationdevelopment strategy in the Yangtze River Delta region. The fourth chapter is the higher vocational education development strategy researchof Shandong Peninsula blue economic zone. This is the most important part in this paper.First, determine the target and principles to formulate development strategies choice. Thenaccording to the present situation and questions of higher vocational educationdevelopment which are mentioned above, draw lessons from the development strategy ofhigher education in the Yangtze River Delta region，in order to propose developmentstrategy of higher vocational education development of Shandong Peninsula blue economiczone.The last is the conclusion part. It is a brief summary and conclusions of this study,including the deficiencies and research prospect.
