The teaching basketball education as one of a set of moral, intellectual, aesthetic,physical exercise is entertaining in itself.It focuses on the acquisition of motor skills, but also to pursue the release of participants personality and interest to meet; respect the individual’s need for achievement, but also attach importance to the responsibilities of the individual, emphasizing the balance between the individual and the collective; encourage fair competition by promoting mutual cooperation, committed to enhance the personality literacy, spiritual realm to achieve the improvement of the human physiological functions.Junior high school girls in the physiological and psychological aspects of special reasons, the motivation to learn on the basketball program is not high, but the backward part of the teachers teaching methods, teaching means of a single, let the junior high school girls quickly mastered basketball skills, with a certain degree of difficulty.This paper analysis by the investigation of the characteristics of the junior high school girls, and the motivation to learn basketball,"vitality women’s basketball” set for junior high school girls basketball teaching program specially designed experimental study, the purpose is to inspire middle school girls basketball motivation in class.This article mainly through literature, questionnaire, teaching comparative experiment, mathematical statistics surveys and studies, sports psychology and basketball teaching theoretical basis, respectively internal needs and external incentives from the junior high school girls design a set of the teaching proposition of "energy women’s basketball ", this program from basketball aerobics, sports games for girls, rope ladder pace exercises as well as the goal of making the preparation.Through experimental research the following conclusions:1Junior high school girl’s basketball class learning motivation is mainly affected bythe factors of the internal needs of students, teaching content, teaching method andmeans. 2the teaching proposition of "energy women’s basketball” is feasible, effective.3The process of basketball basic skill teaching in the use of "vigor basketball"teaching scheme can meet the development of students and the demand, which helpsto stimulate students’ learning motivation of basketball, and the improvement ofstudents’ basic basketball technique.4The leading role of basketball skill teaching with the teaching proposition of"energy women’s basketball "can fully exert the subjectivity of students and teachers,and cultivate the team cooperation ability.
