Mathematics teaching mode, the weariness oflearning mathematics, teaching quality is low.Therefore, in order to practice in mathematicsteaching in secondary vocational schools and their improvement strategies to improvemathematics teaching methods to improve the quality of teaching, and academic evaluationsystem, teaching theory of hierarchical cooperation is necessary.In this paper, Jilin Women’s secondary vocational school education of the characteristicsof mathematics, the girls cognitive status, and learn from the previous hierarchical teachingexperience, application of modern educational theory as the theoretical basis to explore a setof in line with the reality of my girls in school mathematics teaching, and the lineeffectivetiered co-teaching model, a tiered co-teaching experiment classroom teaching strategies.Experimental comparison by teaching classes in the entrance examination, and thenanalyze how the implementation of tiered co-teaching women vocational school girls inmathematics teaching.Comparative experimental results show that: the use of tiered co-teaching method, makeswomen’s vocational school girls in mathematics achievement has been a general increase ineffective control of the polarization of students, increasing the female students ’interest inmathematics, cultivate students’ positive learningattitudes, improve self-confidence ofstudents to learn mathematics, but also improve the teachers’ classroom effectiveness andquality of teaching, laid the foundation for students to develop good study habits.I also summarize some experience, improvements on the stratification of the cooperativeteaching strategies, to provide reference for future teaching reform and colleagues, as soon aspossible to improve mathematics tiered co-teaching the characteristics of women vocationalschool girlsmode. |
