The Design And Manufacture Of Multimedia Network Courseware On Sling Exercise Therapy Of Teenager

With the rapid development of economy, the living conditions of people are gettingbetter.The physical level of adolescent has constantly declined because of overnutrition,lacking of exercise. Adolescent participating in the physical training can help them toenhance the level of physical. In recent years, research on the physical training is animpending project we confront in our country’s academic field. Suspension training notonly can develop the core strength, but also can improve the level of fitness effectivelythrough the training interventions and by using with other equipment. By being used withadvanced teaching methods, suspension training can become popularized easily. Thecharacteristics such as visualization, interaction of multimedia network courseware make ita good learning way for the adolescent, it can well demonstrate the advantages ofsuspension training.This paper combine the multimedia network courseware and suspension training,design and development multimedia network courseware of suspension training which canbe used as teaching method suitable for adolescent physical training. And by this, we canwell popularize the suspension training. Meanwhile this study enrich the study ofsuspension training and the teaching methods. All of this are benefit for the improvementof the adolescent’s healthBy using the method of literature, expert interview method, observation method,practice method, system design method and the method of courseware design, I collectdate, design and manufacture the multimedia network courseware. In this study, by usingsuspension training as the main content of the multimedia network courseware, I carefullydesign method of the suspension training for adolescent. And by using the software such asthe Corel Video Studio Pro x4, Adobe Dreamweaver cs5.5, Adobe Fireworks cs5.5, Gifanimation master, TxtVoice1.02, Word Press manufacture the course ware.And ultimately Idesign and manufacture courseware which is combined of teaching, learning, interaction,text, images, audio, video.The conclusions of this paper are as follows：Firstly, in the process of designing and manufacturing the courseware, I use thewindows as the development environment.By this,it is easy for me to get the softwareand control the development costs. It is quite suitable for the teachers to designing andmanufacturing the courseware because of the simple process.Secondly, the courseware combine the cognitive rules of the adolescent and thecharacteristics of the network learning. It include a lot of things such as the origin and development of the suspension training. All these can be up-to-date easily. By this I thepaper provide a totally new way of teaching, and it makes the process of the physicaleducation teaching become more attractive, full of more information. It can guide theadolescent to take part in the physical training by themselves. Besides it also enrich theways of physical training.Finally, the courseware on one hand encourage the development of the adolescentsports, on the other hand it also promote the suspension training. There are more ways forthe sports enthusiasts and workers to do suspension training. Meanwhile it also providesthe reference for the future research. The most important thing is through the network wepromote the resources of suspension training a lot, it has significant social value for theconstruction of the public service system of the National Fitness.
