This is an important aspect of the needs of theathletes about overall development, and the national and social pay an importantattention about the athletes’ education. Educational work of athletes in China hasbeen the concern and attention by our country and society.The cultural default of athletes in the development of social history hasincreasingly exposed its own social problems that cannot be concealed. Mainly in thefollowing aspects of the athletes: athletes have a lower cultural popularity in certainuniversal; the cultural default problem in a short period of time will not be effectivelyimproved has certain historicalness; the difficult to breakthrough cultural educationalsystem of athletes has certain limitations of reality. This study selected partial Slalomathletes above the provincial level in China as the research object, research on theathlete existing cultural educational characteristics and influencing factors, whilespecific combine the learning and training rules and characteristics, summed athletesexisting cultural education problems and objective analysis to make certain insights toprovide a reference for athletes to carry out cultural and educational work.In this paper, mainly use questionnaire survey, literature and material andinterview as research methods and take empirical analysis of cultural education in theslalom athletes.The key of the research results in the paper:1.The summary of the main theory research results in the recent years about theeducation.2.The survey of the present situations about slalom athletes,include the maingeneral performance,the level of education,and the knowledge of the education, therelation of education and training. 3.The main problems of the default in education: the misbalance betweeneducation system and training system; the lack of awareness almost some coach andathletes;inexplicit in legal and policy; instability of he basic education.4.
