Basketball is a favorite sports, especially by one of the students love, basketballCountermeasure in China is good.Especially CBA and recent years since the start ofthe CUBA and big super conducting premiership, has promoted the development ofbasketball sports, so our basketball talent cultivation of channel has changed greatly,already consists of a single sports department of devotion.Will the past monotonous"sporting system" training organization system, change grounds "sports" and"education" two big system organically, and taking the university as the bibcock,middle school, elementary school focusing on the basis of the basketball trainingorganization system. In this paper, using the method of literature, interview, caseanalysis and so on, to the city of Shenyang in thirty-first men’s basketball team overallinvestigation and study, especially the effects of male basketball team sustainabledevelopment factors were analyzed and put forward the sustainable developmentcountermeasure. Shenyang city for other teams provide a reference and learning value,can give Shenyang City area of Jilin province and the high school basketball team’sfuture development to provide reference.Through investigation and analysis of theconclusion of the study for:1. The thirty-first Middle School of Shenyang men’s basketball team developmenthas a history of over20years, have their own team, the competitive level of theupstream at the national level, but because the construction in recent years the keymiddle school to strengthen school amateur training, thirty-one students have beenaffected;2.Shenyang City thirty-first in men’s basketball players physical fitness is good asa whole, but from the view of time most of the team members begin professionalbasketball training accounted for50%from the junior middle school, From the juniorhigh and high to begin training accounted for29.2%, Training from primary schoolwithout a man, an integrated view of the team members to accept the basketballtraining period is short, relatively low.3. Shenyang thirty-one basketball basketball coach age distribution is reasonable,has the very strong vitality and certain plasticity and development space, moresuitable for high school basketball coach, coach teaching life is more evenlydistributed, with thirty-one of the original coach Wang Shengchun’s retirement, thecoaches of young age, lack of competition experience, few coaches trainingopportunity; culture construction should strengthen the team coaches; 4. The team by the school leaders and parents support and attention, but the sourcesof funding channels narrow, the team training game on school funding, can not meetall the money the team development;5. Compared to the Shenyang thirty-one middle school leadership of the schoolconstruction and development of the basketball team, equipment and site is sufficient,the average training time is2hours, but most athletes that training has certaininfluence on the culture of learning lessons, the contradiction between learning andtraining is still outstanding.
