Taking Shenyang normal university football team own game effect factors of respondents, throught the investigation of the present situation in Shenyang 10 normal college football teams, analyzes ordinary university football team own influence factors, it is concluded that the influence factors affect ordinaiy university students in Shenyang men's football league match results and the main factors for sorting, Put forward reasonable countermeasures for Shenyang normal university football team in daily training and competition. To ascend ordinary university football team comprehensive competitive ability and athletic achievements, it has a very realistic significance.Based on the synthesis of the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, interview method, observation, make the investigation for football team personnel composition, physical security, training management factors of 180 student athletes and 10 coaches and 10 football team managers in 10 normal universities in Shenyang.This article through investigation make a conclusion, the main factor to influence the result for (1) the players' technical ability to influence the result is the most important factor;(2) the school leadership emphasis on team and have a chance to play for high level game is the secondary influencing factors; (3) facilities conditions and the athlete's training subsidy for the third influencing factors. (4) the coaches' previous experience for the fourth influencing factors.Based on the analysis of the research results, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:(1) to put the players' individual priority to technical training in routine training, ensure the training time, increase competition experience; expand bound channels, campaigned for more high level athletes continue to learn in college. (2) update leadership idea, with the actual training attitude and actions to caused widespread attention and get the school leader's the biggest support; Perfect university football competition process, campaigned for organization more high-level competition. Participating team (3) Except for school's funding, gather various funds to raise game; increase investment for the football team special facilities, add high quality equipments, make full use of various resources, scientific training provides material basis; Improve the training subsidy mechanism, give preferential policies to motivate players, coaches devoted to participate in the football sports activities.
