According to the domestic and foreign many research about student problem behaviorwith the continuous development of society, the elementary student overall incidence of behaviorproblems have been gradually rising trend. Pupils’ problem behavior not only affects the healthygrowth of their own, and to a certain extent, affects the teacher, affecting the surroundingstudents, bring to the normal work of education, teaching a certain obstacles. The elementarystudent problem behavior way has a lot of, but most of the education transformation way is putthe elementary school students in a passive position, they in the transformation process is veryeasy to produce negative, conflicting emotions, greatly reduces the conversion result. Theadvantages of positive psychology emphasizes the study of human nature and value, advocatedby stimulating its positive factors, to obtain happiness. For elementary school students, inspiretheir positive emotional experience, arouse their satisfaction and happiness, prompting them to apositive attitude with teachers and parents education, help to realize the transformation of theproblem behavior. Therefore, from the perspective of positive psychology analysis,transformation elementary student’s problem behavior has high research significance. This thesisis divided into five parts:The first part: overview of the origin of the problem, literature review, research ideas andcontent of this paper and the main research method (including literature method, experiencemethod, case method).The second part: define the research this paper involves a few core concepts, positivepsychology, behavioural problems, elementary student problem behavior and pupil behaviortransformation. Positive psychology is the use of psychology has more perfect and effectiveexperimental methods and measurement means, to the study of human power and virtue ofpositive aspects, such as a psychological trend; Is a kind of positive qualities and a positive forcefor the study of the core, committed to individual and social prosperity of scientific research;Elementary transformation of problem behavior refers to the education implementers (teachers,parents or others) for behavior problems of primary school education intervention, making theproblem behavior change or change to good.Part iii: introduced the basic concept of problem behavior, problem behavior is the indiv- idual often show with social requirements or code of conduct is not consistent and harmful toourselves and those around the behavior), the classification of the student problem behavior, andthe present condition of the elementary student problem behavior, and from their own factors,physical factors, psychological factors, cognitive development factors, external environmentalfactors, family factors, school factors, social factors) two aspects of the causes are analyzed.The fourth part: expounds the basic concept and value of positive psychology, mainlyincludes the origin and development of positive psychology, positive psychology’s main idea:from psychological problems to focus on positive force, advocates a positive way to make a newinterpretation of people’s psychological phenomenon; Attention from individual psychological topay close attention to social groups, by stimulating people’s own inner positive strength andexcellent quality, promote the development of individual, society and the entire humanperfection and self-actualization; Attention from psychological problems treatment to realizepsychological self-healing, argues that people from the problem to obtain positive experience,and create a certain condition to make negative to positive. As basis of positive psychology inthe primary school students involved in transformation of value analysis, to understand problembehavior.The fifth part: constructing the transformation of the perspective of positive psychologystudent problem behavior strategy. Partly in problem behaviors, to analyze the selected case, theproblem behavior to intervene, transformation and so on several work based on the analysissummary, mainly includes: reconstruction elementary student problem behavior view, believethat elementary school students has great plasticity, now problem behavior through positive andeffective education would get into; For elementary school students show ego platform, timelyappropriate criticism education, arouse positive emotional experience; By improving theself-efficacy, rich psychological resource methods such as elimination of learned helplessness;Cultivate optimistic explanation style, guide students to face the problem correct attribution; Softenvironment to create a positive school education, family education environment five aspects.
