Research aim: with the advancement of society and development of science technology,we are now in the information times and will meet plenty of information every day.As for schoolchild,because their world views and life views have not been shaped,vast and intermingled information will cause certain negative effect.Through filed investigation,the writer finds that the probability of schoolchild having problematic behavior is gradually increasing,students are in the key process of cultivating life views and values,the cultivate habit at this time will affect their whole life,so it is very important to make research on problematic behavior conversion of schoolchild.Research method: writer chooses representative A primary school to make field investigation and closely observe relatively typical problematic behavior of schoolchild by way of having lessons in class,he summarizes the problematic behavior of schoolchild according to observation result.Meanwhile,he applies observation method and case method combines with positive psychology knowledge to summarize conversion strategy on problematic behavior of schoolchild.Research result: firstly,this paper compares with the state and defect of traditional psychology to solve problematic behavior,it has the following: education target is unbalanced,excessive application of medical model,unreasonable teaching and staff.Secondly,it finds that problematic behavior state of schoolchild at present is mainly indicated as follows: problematic behavior in aspect of interpersonal relations,insufficient learning concentration,weariness of learning,destructive psychology.Thirdly,it analyzes some student cases,makes attribution analysis on cases,it summarizes problematic behavior of schoolchild mainly includes the following aspects: himself of herself,family,school,society.In the end of this paper,the methods of solving problematic behavior of schoolchild mainly including the following aspects: establishing the correct concept on schoolchild problematic behavior,eliminating learned helplessness,encouraging positive emotion of students,cultivating optimistic psychology,establishing good soft environment in family education etc.Conclusion: it applies positive psychology idea in schoolchild,which improves education state,accelerate deep development in education reform.
