There is nothing trivial about the growth of students,which affects every teacher and affects every family.At present,the problem behavior of elementary school students is becoming more and more diverse,it is difficult to transform it with the general teaching behavior.It is easy to be pessimistic,negative and rebellious,which brings great obstacles to teaching and learning.Positive psychology emphasizes the study of the merits of human nature and its own value,and advocates the achievement of happiness and accomplishment through stimulating positive factors in one's own life,encouraging them to cooperate positively with the education of teachers and parents.It is helpful to realize the transformation of problem behavior,so it has high research value to analyze the problem behavior from the positive psychology angle.Based on the questionnaire survey,115 students in the fourth grade of a primary school in tonghua city,Jilin province,and the pct "early detection of problem behavior" scale as a research tool,this paper investigates the causes of the problem behavior of elementary school students,uses the positive psychology as the theoretical basis,and uses the theme class as a form to intervene in the problem behavior of elementary school students,and finally puts forward effective strategies for the transformation of problem behavior.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The detection rate of problem students in the intervention class is significantly lower than that in the control class,which shows that the subject class based on positive psychology is effective in the transformation of problem students.(2)After the intervention,there was no significant difference between the intervention class and the control class in the dimension of interpersonal inadaptability;In the dimension of learning inadaptability,there were significant differences between the intervention and control classes.In the dimension of emotional instability,there were significant differences between intervention and control classes.The following suggestions are put forward for the transformation of students with problem behavior through the reflection of the theme class:(1)Create a positive environment to improve students 'interpersonal inadaptation.Schools should strengthen home school cooperation and unify the positive education idea;Schools should build a good educational soft environment and form a positive school spirit.(2)To shape students 'positive personality and learn to regulate their emotions.Teachers should respect students 'personality and meet their needs.Teachers should foster teamwork and encourage teamwork.(3)Teachers should stimulate positive emotional experience,guide students to correctly attribute and improve students 'learning inadaptability.
