The Research Of Chinese Super League Club Management Mode Buliding

The "five-year" plan and2010outline of national economy and social development passed by the fourth conference of the Eighth National People’s Congress explicitly pointed out that, the further reform of management system is necessary and the club system and association system can be put forward to form the pattern that the sport undertakings are run by the state and society,taking the socialization and industrialization road. Also football is on the path of the professionalization reform. However, the process of the professionalization of football is very slow. In2004,Chinese Football Association Super League was born. In a sense, it can foster the development of Chinese professional football club. However, under the special management system, unclear property rights, lack of system, poor supervision and poor management seriously hindered the further development of China’s football professionalization.However the Evergrande football club has a series of sound, scientific organizations which is completely in accordance with the business model such as the administrative office, administration department, business department, membership department, finance departmnt and legal department. It is the first football club which is financial self-sufficiency, independent survival, and self-development. The efficient team management system, strict discipline and cultivation of teenagers football talent makes "Evergrande mode" to create the huge economic efficiency, as well as provides the reference for future development of the management mode of professional soccer sports club in our country.Through collecting, sorting and summarizing the domestic and foreign literature related to professional sports club management system, using literature material law and expert Interview method, on the basis of professional soccer club management theory, this article analyzes the current situation and the problems of professional football club from the study on club property right, management mechanism, legal system and funding research. Also, this article analyzes the reason of the problems such as the halfway reform on football Association system, deficiency of financing channels,lack of the effective performance mechanism,multiple purpose of the investment made by professional football club, lack of culture of the club and low degree of Identity of the brand and decreasing population of football and weak capacity of outputting reserve talents.At the same time, this paper takes the Evergrande club as the main research object, through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of "Eevergrande mode"to put forward the suitable club management model for China’s professional soccer sports. This paper tries to establish the perfect the rules and regulations of professional football club management, and to establish the investment model for China’s national conditions which can give constructive suggestions to the sustainable and healthy development of professional football clubs.
