In2010, Guangdong Province has formed the largest national vocational education system inChina, vocational college reached76, the number of students in higher vocational colleges ranksnumber one in the country. The rapid development of Guangdong higher vocational educationurgently needs a large number of "double type" vocational education teachers, who will be morefamiliar with the enterprise actual situation. Along with the rise of "industry-university-institute"cooperation in practice and exploration, we found that the "industry-university-institute"cooperation was not only to be a basic way of developing applied talents who fit the marketdemand, but also to be an important platform of cultivating the vocational education teachers.First of all, this paper through the method of literature and investigation to study the relatedtheory of Industry-University-Institute Cooperation. Analyse the developing situation and relatedpolicies of Guangdong province Industry-University-Institute Cooperation, and exploringteachers’ on-the-job training is the key point of Industry-University-Institute Cooperation inhigher vocational, analysis its theoretical basis.. Second, investigation interview analysis method is used to analyze the current situation ofCooperative Education on-job training of higher vocational teachers. Investigatig Shun DeVocational and technical college, mainly focus on its department of the electronic andinformation engineering, combined with the Internet to check the data, analyze the currentsituation of Industry-University-Institute CooperationThrough the forms of questionnaire andinterview to survey the viewpoint of teachers on the related policy and management ofIndustry-University-Institute Cooperation, this is on feedback and evaluation, and based thestatistical data to do a analysis summary.Then, the last chapter, the first is use the case analysis method to analyze the feasibility of theIndustry-University-Institute Cooperation in higher vocational colleges, take a secondaryvocational school teachers’ project construction survey report as an example;according to theinvestigation and analysis of the previous chapter to study the mechanism ofIndustry-University-Institute Cooperation and on-the-job training of higher vocational teachers,mainly from three aspects to consider, that is the incentive mechanism, and guarantee mechanism, and restriction mechanism; The third part is the scheme design of Industry-University-InstituteCooperation and on-the-job training of higher vocational teachers, includes four aspects: trainingtarget, training principles, training content and training methods.This paper discusses higher vocational college teachers’ on job training mechanism based onthe view of Industry-University-Institute Cooperation related issues, to a certain extent, enrichedthe study of the theory of the higher vocational teacher training, and playing an important role inhigher vocational college teachers’ on job training, and providing theoretical guidance andpractical reference for the Industry-University-Institute Cooperation development of Guangdongprovince.
