In2010, Guangdong Province has formed the largest national vocational education system inChina, vocational college reached76, the number of students in higher vocational colleges ranksnumber one in the country. The rapid development of Guangdong higher vocational educationurgently needs a large number of "double type" vocational education teachers, who will be morefamiliar with the enterprise actual situation. Along with the rise of "industry-university-institute"cooperation in practice and exploration, we found that the "industry-university-institute"cooperation was not only to be a basic way of developing applied talents who fit the marketdemand, but also to be an important platform of cultivating the vocational education teachers.First of all, this paper through the method of literature and investigation to study the relatedtheory of Industry-University-Institute Cooperation. Analyse the developing situation and relatedpolicies of Guangdong province Industry-University-Institute Cooperation, and exploringteachers’ on-the-job training is the key point of Industry-University-Institute Cooperation inhigher vocational, analysis its theoretical basis.. Second, investigation interview analysis method is used to analyze the current situation ofCooperative Education on-job training of higher vocational teachers.
