In the document which has been issued in 2019,China emphasized that the vocational education is different from the general education but share the same important position.Around this theme,a series of policy documents have been issued,to put the Chinese vocational education into a new stage,which concentrate more on the quality improving and value creating.The teachers are the vital fundamental of the education,as well as the guarantee of the school.To cultivate the teachers with "double-qualified" skills,is the priority to ensure the talent training going well with high quality.As a fact of that,how to cultivate the "double-qualified" teachers with sufficient quantity,proper composition and more opportunities,is not only the best way to enhance the abilities to compete,but also the main point of the reforming of the vocational education.Based on such a realistic background,this study focuses on the cultivating of the "double-qualified" teachers in Chongqing C higher vocational college.First of all,to arrange the research steps and clear the research topic by reading the papers and data of the school.Second,to identify the key words of the study on the basis of the theory of the Human capital,the motivation and the professionalization of teachers.Then,to elaborate the current facts of the cultivating of the "double-qualified" teachers in Chongqing C higher vocational college,and analyze the weak points of it.Last,to put forward some proper suggestions on the cultivating of the "double-qualified" teachers.The research conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)"Double-qualified" teachers mean a teacher who own the abilities to solve the troubles of the production,and also have a good command of teaching.(2)Pay more attention to the cultivating of the "double-qualified" teachers,not only can accelerate the reforming the vocational education,but also meet the demands of the development of the social economy.(3)The lack of the numbers and experiences,inappropriate composition and weak teaching abilities are the main restricts of the cultivating of the "double-qualified" teachers in Chongqing C higher vocational college.(4)the main reasons of the problems above are that: The enrollment of the students,most of the employees of the school were graduates,the teachers don't have much practice opportunities in the enterprise and motivation system are not appropriate.(5)Try to increase the number and prove the quality of the "double-qualified" teachers,to employ more part-time teachers and explore more training opportunities,maybe a better way to cultivate the "double-qualified" teachers.The innovation of this study lies in the research topics.The study started from the fact that the vocational education has come into a new stage,which concentrate more on the quality improving and value creating.After analyzed the restricts of the cultivating of the "double-qualified" teachers on the basis of the research in Chongqing C higher vocational college,the study put forward some effective measures to strengthen the "double-qualified" teachers.In this study,there are still some shortcomings,such as the adopted statistical data,the number of interviewers is not large enough,and the issues of part-time teacher employment management and school-enterprise "double-qualified" teachers training base construction still need to be further studied.
