The Research And Implementation Of Process Model Of Online-course Design Based On SCORM

In recent years with the popularity of online education, the construction of online education resources attracts more and more attention,so does the low-level redundant construction in traditional web-based courses due to a lack of standardization.In order to solve the problems such as poor reusability and portability, to promote the development of online education, generalizing the standardization of online education resources is becoming an important means.SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model) is a combination of existing e-learning technology standards,and is one of the most widely used standards in the filed of e-learning.However,in our country, the construction of web-based courses based on SCORM standard is not yet universal.The main reason for this is that, the course designers have certain difficulties in turning to LO-oriented,modular design of web-based course from traditional online-course design.Therefore,the study of Sharable Content Object Reference Model and the web-base curriculum design based on SCORM have a very realistic significance.In order to accelerate the process of standardization of online-courses, to promote the development of construction of online education resources based on SCORM, to guide course designers smoothly design and develop online-course based on SCORM, a detailed study of the latest version of SCORM--SCORM20044th Edition was took, combining the ADDIE instructional design model with the LO-oriented course design theory, on the basis of extensive research, put forward a set of processes of designing and developing online-course based on SCORM, namely the process model of online-course design based on SCORM. Meanwhile, integrate the process and methods of designing and developing web-course based on SCORM, the required configurations of hardware and software needed for online-course development, core concepts and curriculum instance within a unified-framework, design and develop a tool of Process Model of Online-course Design Based on SCORM. The tool is used to provide convenient and unified guidance for course developers.In the end, relying on the results of the study, take a section of high school biology-"Regulation of animal and human life" for examle,design and develop an instance web-course based on SCORM,which verify the feasibility of the research result and can provide guidance and reference for other online-course developers.
