Because there are some problems in the foundation education of our country especially science education for a long time, and it has lead to China’s current national scientific literacy can not adapt to the requirements of the new century to a great extent. The education Department of China Published Science Currieulum Standards of3—6grades in year2001. It’s Promulgation and implementation make the primary school science education’s status and role widely enough attentional, It is a great milestone in the elementary education reform of our country and had the cross time significance. Now it has been more than ten years from the standard has been issued and implemented, After continually practice and feedback during the process, we have achieved so much. But the continuous development of society and the rapid progress of science and technology has made another new science education reform on the agenda.This research mainly want to analysis and make comparison between the primary school science curriculum standards At home and abroad. And get the commonalities and differences in terms of objectives and content from the primary school science curriculum standards, and require some information related science curriculum reform. More involved countries include China, Japan, the United States. Britain, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Australia and Malaysia. This research mainly divided into two parts, research one mainly about analysis and comparison of target text between the nine countries primary school science curriculum standards, includes general objective and the overall target, And expect to conclude that the main similarities and differences and relevant implications and Suggestions. The research two is about comparison between the contents of primary school science curriculum standards, Through the comprehensive analogy analysis, finally concluded that the differences between current standards in China and other countries standards and features. After detailed analysis and comparison, The author gives overall conclusions and some enlightenment and Suggestions of this study in the last chapter, and hope that it can be targeted to provide relevant information and reference to science education reform in our country.
