Research On The Model Construction And Application Of Project Management In The Vocational Training

Project management is a new management method developed the period of1990’s time. The use of knowledge and experience of project management, we cangreatly improve the project performance and the efficiency of managers, thereforemore and more people pay attention to it. In After our country takes example ofproject management advanced experience from the western countries, combined withthe actual situation of China’s enterprises. We have already accumulated certainexperience. So the training project in the use of project management is a usefulattempt through exploring the suitable training mode and management mode.As vocational training an important part of vocational education, our countrythinks highly of the work of occupation training. In recent years, through theoccupation training our country cultivated a large number of young and middle-agedhigh-quality technical talents. They made an indelible contribution for China’seconomic development and improving people’s lives. However, in the field ofmanagement of occupation training appeared a lot of problems, such as the staffheavy use of light training, even only using. Lack of the necessary mechanism ofoccupation training, content joins insufficient system not strong, narrow ideas ofenterprises and individuals, occupation training management method is backward andso on.This research through the introduction of classic management method----projectmanagement, it treats occupation training as part of a project,using the most core, themost valuable theory, trying to get rid of the traditional flat management mode, toconstruct a set of with project management for the characteristics of the modernoccupation training management model. First this paper starts from the basic theory ofproject management, followed by an need’s analysis of the project management in theoccupation training, and the necessity and feasibility of the conclusion. According tothe basic principle of project management, we can use the theory of it to conduct amodel. Finally as the Shenyang foreign service school a case study, in order to proveits rationality and feasibility.For research methods, this article mainly adopts qualitative and reasoning research method, such as literature method, survey method, case study, experiencemethod, system science method and so on. Based on foundation of projectmanagement theory, from two aspects of theory and practice, from the education andmanagement in two disciplines, with the occupation training project as a breakthroughpoint, trying to find the construction model of project management in the occupationtraining to promote the occupation training steadily.
