Study hard for several years, when students join in the college entranceexamination, someone, got it.But some people feel no good, they failed the exam.Previously, vice minister of education Luxin revealed that our country is on the plan,implementing technical and academic talents, two kinds of model college entranceexamination. Visible, our country is actively to promote the construction of personneltraining.It is the connection of secondary vocational education and universityeducation. Secondary vocational education faces a big change in this situation. Weknow that the teaching practice is the lifeline of secondary vocational education,thedevelopment of secondary vocational education needs high quality teaching practiceproject, to ensure the quality of teaching. Project management is a scientificmanagement mode, the research suggests that project management is introduced intoteaching practice can guide students to in-depth study, effectively improve students’ability, especially improve the ability of solving problems.So in order to make highquality teaching practice project, we must pay attention to the project management.The project management model of teaching practice is a task that we need to continueto explore.This paper uses WN Vocational Secondary School as an example to probe intothe problem of teaching practice project management in the secondary vocationalschools.The article at first defines secondary vocational schools,the teachingpractice,project and project management.Then,it analyses the Beijing foreign affairsschool teaching practice mode as well as Beijing capital tourism group, andJianguo hotel’s excellent management mode and the demand for talent training.Then,tells the project named WN Impression. In addition, it illustrates the existingproblems and causes.In the last past of the paper,it presents strategies andsuggestions to the above problems.On the basis of the latest knowledge system of current project managementdevelopment and practice,involving in science of management, education andtourism,the paper takes a probe into the theory and has a new development in the practice.
