Research On Career Academy Provincial Demonstration School Construction Project Management

According to the Decision of the State Council on Developing Vocational Education,the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance have promoted the implementation of the construction plan of Model Higher Vocational colleges,and the construction projects of model higher vocational colleges have been continuously promoted.How to scientifically and effectively manage the construction projects of the model schools and the later educational and teaching reform projects is an important topic at present,Starting from the basic theory of project management,this thesis reviews the research and development of project management in China,especially the practical application of project management theory and technology in university project construction in recent years,and sums up the characteristics of project management,the knowledge fields involved,the working process of project management and its main tasks.We also studied the management practice of L Career Academy provincial demonstration school project construction.By means of questionnaire and interview,this thesis sorts out and summarizes the concrete methods of project construction management in L Vocational College demonstration school.Through analysis,it is found that there are some problems,such as lack of project management experience,imperfect target management,imperfect quality control,human resource management defects,and poor coordination and communication.Aiming at the specific problems,applying MBO,incentive theory and project management technology,such as WBS,PDCA cycle,Gantt chart and so on,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:by reconstructing the project construction management framework of the demonstration school,the WBS is decomposed and displayed.Model school project construction tasks,establish an independent incentive mechanism,fully authorized to simplify the complicated procedures to improve target management,to build a quality management system,set up a quality evaluation team to exercise supervision functions,use PDCA model to strengthen the process of construction quality supervision to establish a quality management monitoring system,in order to select the best personnel to build Establish an efficient organization,clear authorization to strengthen staff incentives to improve human resources management,to establish a formal coordination and communication mechanism and establish an information platform to enhance communication efficiency to strengthen communication management in project construction.Through the above theoretical and practical research,preliminary construction of a wide range of applicability of similar projects in Colleges and universities management model.
