Pre-school education is a primary education of the life development, the base of basis education, the beginning of life-long education, is an important part of the national education system, for promoting the all-round health of individuals in the early development, consolidating and improving the quality and efficiency of nine-year compulsory education, an overall improvement in the quality and promoting education and social justice, human resources of the country has an important value and significance.This thesis is based on the actual development of preschool development of Hohhot. The paper utilizes the research methods of literature,observation, questionnaire and interview.It analyzes the development status of kindergarden education in Hohhot, draws on the experiences and lessons learned in the development of kindergarden education at home and abroad, illustrates the revelation of kindergarden development in Hohhot, proposes some suggestions to the kindergarden development in Hohhot. It includes the following chapter:Chapter Ⅰ is about the reason of writing this article, the purpose and significance of the study, important concepts as defined in the existing research and literature review; Chapter Ⅱ introduces the development and the changing of kindergarten education of Hohhot; Chapter Ⅲ analyzes the existing problems in the development of kindergarten education of Hohhot; In Chapter Ⅳ, the author proposes the strategies and sugestions for the development of kindergarten education of Hohhot.On the basis of the objective and comprehensive showing the present situation of Hohhot, the main promblems of the kindergarten education of Hohhot are revealed more accurately, which are uneven development, children education funding shortages, kindergarten teachers in low overall level, non-standardized management, etc. To solve these problems, we can promote the kindergarten education reform in Hohhot by strengthening the development of government functions, establishing and improving the management mechanisms to ensure kindergarten education funding, and regulate the development of kindergarten education in Hohhot, construct a high standard of kindergarten teachers and actively explore the development of the kindergarten education, thus contribute to the sustained, healthy and rapid development of the kindergarten education in Hohhot.
