Research On The Present Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Higher Education Resources Allocation In China

With the expanding enrollment of higher education, the shortage of higher education resources have become increasingly prominent, although in recent years, the total resources of higher education continues to increase, but still can not meet the rapid development of higher education. In this case, the exploration of higher education resources in different regions and universities, configuration of present situation, problems and countermeasures has important theoretical and realistic significance. In this paper, from the connotation, characteristics, influencing factors of higher education and higher education resource configuration, defines the related concepts, and then from three aspects analyzes the higher education resource allocation situation in our country, such as the higher education resources increase, the higher education resource allocation more reasonable, the higher education resource allocation targets priority to efficiency and due consideration to fairness, and points out four problems, such as total amount of higher education resources shortage, unreasonable structure, the gap between regions and institutions, serious waste, Finally, proposed four countermeasures combined actual situation of higher education in China,increase investment, optimize the total amount of higher education resource structure, strengthen the weak areas and the compensation dynamics, resource sharing, improve education resource utilization efficiency, want to be able to promote the further development and improvement of higher education resource allocation in our country.
