volleyball team as the research object;Using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,video observation and other research methods,respectively from the first-attack system and counter-attack system to the number and effect of the use of offensive tactics,offensive tactics combined use rate,offensive rhythm of comparative analysis;Finally,some Suggestions for the preparation of the Tokyo Olympic Games are as follows: to guarantee the advantages of height and physical fitness,to establish a simple and efficient organization of offensive tactics,to stabilize and gradually improve offensive techniques,to seize the technical advantages of online scoring initiative,and to build the direction of the Tokyo Olympic team.The study reached the following conclusions:First,the world women’s volleyball team is now composed of Asian countries,led by China,Japan and South Korea;the European team is composed of Russia,Serbia,Italy and the Netherlands;and the American team is composed of the United States,Brazil and dominica.Second,there was no difference in the technical index of the Chinese women’s volleyball team compared after the change,non-technical index compared with the
