Along with our career of reforming opening up growingconstantly, the development scale of higher education expands gradually; the number of collegestudents has increased dramatically, and the number of college students has increased dramatically.Most of the students’ moods are healthy, positive and optimistic, they are aspiring youth who haveideal, have morality, and abide by the discipline. However, due to the influence of various factorssuch as society, schools and families, a few of students involved in the illegal crime because of thedistorted moral values. Some even become the mass incidents which influenced social localstability, which leaded to the serious impact on the higher education and the harmoniousdevelopment of the society. Increasingly serious phenomenon of college students’ crime to someextent reflects the lack of moral education in colleges and universities, it must cause we highlyvalue and profound reflection. The deviation of college moral education concept is one of the mostimportant reasons of the college students’ crime, so we should focus the research hot spot onstrengthening the construction of college moral education. What is the difference and contactbetween college moral education and college students’ crime; how to prevent college students’crimes by strengthening college moral education, they need us to do more in-depth research.The article’s main research content is as follows: The first part, in view of the background ofthe problem putting forward to, leading to the theoretical and practical significance of collegemoral education preventing college students’ crime.
