For school moral education, there is no discipline CHENG Fangyuan.Educator Makarenko said:reasonable punishment system is not only legitimate, but also necessary.Reasonable punishment can help students form a strong character,can cultivate students' ability to resist and overcome temptation.If there is no punishment in the school,some students will inevitably lose their protection.The school not only has the function of managing the students,but also has the responsibility to guide the students.The education punishment should be regarded as a good and evil channels,integration of moral education and students,become the campus moral education methods and resources.In the theoretical field, although there are a lot of scholars on the function of moral education.However,there are some defects in the research.From the point of view of the object,most of the studies focus on the issue of punishment for children and middle school students.From the content point of view,the study is mainly around the specific disciplinary regulations,rules and the implementation of the disciplinary function of moral education.At the same time, throughout the modern higher education,there are many drawbacks in the education of punishment.First, the rationality, legality and standardization of the disciplinary provisions of colleges and universities need to be considered.Second, the lack of openness and democracy in the process of making disciplinary provisions.Third,the lack of unity in the implementation process of disciplinary punishment,there is a bias between punishment and education,ignoring the problem of full education.Fourth,there is a deviation in the understanding of educational punishment,the disciplinary education concept into a specific discipline of knowledge indoctrination,light education re preach.These problems directly lead to poor college students' sense of discipline,and even do not understand the specific discipline of the school.In this paper, based on the review of the study of literature at W University in Wenzhou as an example to discuss the lack of field investigation,the function of moral education problems in the disciplinary regulations and operation mechanism of education in the discipline from the empirical perspective.The paper is divided into five parts:the first part briefly analyzes the significance of the topic,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research on educational punishment.The second part is an overview of the function of educational punishment and moral education.In third,the four part, combined with the investigation of Wenzhou W University,combining theory and practice,on the lack of moral function in the operation mechanism of the regulations, the education punishment,and seek the path to improve the moral education function of college education punishment.The fifth part is on the basis of the previous paper, discusses the future prospects and summary of disciplinary punishment.
