2005-2016Rhythmic Gymnastics Scoring Rules Change Research

In today’s world of Russia and other European artistic gymnastics power camp,artistic gymnastics development to super hard, diverse, complex direction, on theother hand, the requirements of athletes tend to be perfect. This paper use theliterature material method, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, Throughthe international gymnastics federation （FIG）2005a2008edition scoring rules,2009a and2013a2012version of the2016version of the comparison of the scoringrules analysis, this paper points out that the new rules of the great changes, and at thesame time through these major changes to study the international artistic gymnasticsdevelopment trend. The results show that:（1） the new rules to adjust the refereegroup and personnel structure;（2） the new rules will be four categories of bodydifficulty has been changed to jump, balance, body now the three categories,（3） thenew rules to adjust some difficulty score in individual projects, and reduces thenumber of body movement difficulty, pay more attention to the combination ofmechanical movements and body movements in the; the art value, pay more attentionto the music and movements, the better the physical performance of the perfect showto the audience.（4）the new rules in the collective project to exchange difficulty andnoncommutative difficulty value referred to the same important position, in thecomplete sets of movements between action and action and action and equipmentrequirements more closely, more should pay attention to the combination of bodymovement difficulty and equipment technology fluency, in complete （E points）,intensified, more stringent requirements.
