Development Strategy Of Artistic Gymnastics In China

Artistic gymnastics is a key advantage project of competitive sports in China,and it is also a key support project of China's "Olympic glory plan" strategy.Since the restoration of the status of the International Gymnastics Federation in 1978,China's Artistic gymnastics has won 26 gold medals in previous Olympic Games in the past 40 years.China has become a world-recognized Artistic gymnastics power.Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,the development of China's politics,economy and culture,the international situation and development are also changing with each passing day.The international Artistic gymnastics competition has been paid more and more attention by countries,regions and participating groups,and the competition has become increasingly fierce.China's artistic gymnastics training,management,reserve strength development,gymnastics popularization and other aspects have presented severe challenges.Artistic gymnastics poses a serious challenge in how to maintain sustainable development and gymnastics in the future.How to maintain sustainable development in artistic gymnastics,what kind of development strategy should be taken,which has become an important topic for the gymnastics community in the current situation.However,from the current research on the development path of artistic gymnastics,it seems that there are large subjective components in the process of formulating development path,and few quantitative research methods are adopted to draw reliable conclusions.Therefore,based on the previous studies,this study summarizes the success factors in the past development of artistic gymnastics by using factor analysis method,interview method,SWOT analysis method,exploring the internal and external factors,providing an important reference for the sustainable development of it in China.The conclusions are as follows:1)China's artistic gymnastics can be successfully developed.The‘national system' and related policies are the foundation of the sustainable development of artistic gymnastics in China.The technological action innovation is the driving force for the trend of China's artistic gymnastics.The excellent coaching resources,the cornerstone of the endurance,the willingness of athletes to bear hardship and endurance is the internal guarantee of the continued glory of artistic gymnastics.A good school environment is the cradle of artistic gymnastics athletes.2)In the future development of artistic gymnastics in China,we should adopt the aggressive development strategy in the strategy of resistance.We must be proactive,and at the same time take advantage of the current stage,take the initiative to avoid threats from outside and take active strategic measures.3)China's artistic gymnastics to achieve excellent competition results as the core strategic goal,to improve the number and quality of reserve talents for the medium and long-term goals,to "do their best,to promote short and long" as the core idea of ? ? the strategy,adhere to and improve the national system The artistic gymnastics management,training,and competition system,give full play to the advantages of system,talent,material,technology,culture,etc.,and strive to avoid the threat of reserve talent shortage,weak market development,lack of public awareness,etc.,follow the people-oriented,co-ordination Coordination,reform and innovation,sustainable development,and the principle of international integration,pioneering and enterprising,courageously strive for the first,for China's artistic gymnastics to re-enter the world and to achieve comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.4)The ‘national system' is still the biggest advantage of artistic gymnastics in China,and the lack of reserve power is the biggest threat to the sustainable development of artistic gymnastics.Therefore,we should focusing on adhering to and perfecting the artistic gymnastics management system under the national system and gradually making up for and improving the threat brought by the lack of reserve forces.5)In the future development of artistic gymnastics in China,we must gradually improve the management system and operational mechanism,improve the reserve talent training system,increase the number of reserve talents in multiple ways,innovate the form of gymnastics,expand the masses of the masses and the gymnastics of the campus;improve the treatment of coaches,strengthen the construction of coaches;diversify the form of competition,add the number of competitions;grasp the psychological characteristics of contemporary youth,strengthen the ideological education of athletes;further strengthen the sports facilities that meet the needs of project development construction;strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,grasp the development trend of modern artistic gymnastics;use training equipment and competition equipment as a breakthrough to innovate gymnastics technology.
