Research On Ideological Education In College Students' Employment Guidance Work

Recently, college student’s employment problem becomes the focus of social allcircles. Especially the college enrollment and the employment situation of the graduates ofthe year are serious. How to solve the employment of university graduates to the collegeand society become outstanding problems. College students are the future of our country,the hope of the nation, the valuable resources and the future prosperity of the country. Tosolve the employment problem of university students directly is important work that affectsChina’s higher education in the future, the stable development, the stability of our countrysociety and the harmonious. About the college student’s employment guidance work, tostrengthen the ideological and political education content can help us to ease theemployment pressure of college students, ensure the smooth employment of collegestudents. Meanwhile it becomes an important theoretical and practical significance.Presently the major colleges and universities in the education process, we did notachieve its systematization, speak of the strength, depth and degree of attention. About thegraduate’s employment guidance education, we neglect the important role of ideologicaland political education. This article discusses the students’ psychological problem, throughactual investigation, emphasis on career guidance in the work of strengthening theideological and political education, and puts forward some countermeasures from thecurrent employment situation. The ultimate aim of this paper is based on the analysis, toexplore the employment guidance for college students, to strengthen the ideological andpolitical education work practical approach, which can alleviate obtain employmentpressure and safeguard social harmony.This study by questionnaire and random access investigates the present condition ofjob hunting for college students. It mainly focuses on their employment value, methods andways and also includes their attitude and evaluation towards employment guidance inuniversity.
