Present Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education In The Employment Guidance Of Female College Students

Higher Education in china is gradually moving from the "elite" to "popular". Thenumber of college graduates has increased year by year, and formed a large high-qualityemployment team, but by the impact of ideas, economic system and the work ofcolleges and universities, the difficult problem of graduate employment is alsohighlighted. Compared with the same session or class of boys, the girls are bearinggreater employment pressure. The reasons for this phenomenon are various, subjectivelyor objectively.
