The present era has a rapid development of knowledge-based economy. Making students understand self-learning is an important issue to themselves. As a guide, humanistic theory is independent learning for the effective implementation of a new theoretical perspective, making the potential of students can play. However, by far, the existing literatures on self-learning study are more common in primary and secondary school students, not the students in university. Therefore, the humanistic perspective of college students self-learning is helpful for independent learning theory research.This study makes college students as research object, investigating the status of their self-learning. Study found that college students self-learning situation exists low self-efficacy, less capable of self-reflection and awareness of the lack of time management and other defects. According to these defects, in humanistic research perspective, this study makes a strategic analysis on how to enhance students’ self-learning efficacy, self-reflection to improve time management skills and foster awareness, and the corresponding guides on college students good self-attribution, learn about reflection and learning time effectively management. These guidelines strategy not only for teachers inspire students to learn psychology and guidance, but also college students use it to adjust the learning state autonomy. Above all, these guiding strategies for college students to change their traditional way of self-learning, strengthen the dominant position of their learning and improve the learning motivation. It’s also important for teachers to improve their teaching and research capabilities, thus improving the overall educational level of university.Humanism as an undergraduate theory guiding the development of autonomous learning, is not only effectively for exploring the potential of self-study students, reflecting the value of self-realization and promoting the comprehensive development of students, but also improving teachers’teaching ability and driving the entire higher education progress.
