The Study On Suzhou National Fitness Public Service System Construction

Since national fitness concerns people’s health and happiness, the construction ofnational fitness public service system is particularly important in the background ofbuilding service-building government and moderately prosperous society in all aspects.After taking the lead in constructing affluent society, Suzhou is the first to strideforward to basically realize modernization. As one of the typical cities in developed area,in the aspect of national fitness public service system construction, Suzhou, hasaccumulated much successful experience which is worthy of summary, andsimultaneously faces many problems which need solving.With Suzhou national fitness public service system construction as the object ofstudy, this paper has investigated, analysed, and concluded Suzhou national fitnesspublic service system construction from aspects of its theory, future goals, basic ideals,basic principals, general stages, source of motivation and main content and so onthrough utilizing documentation method, empirical analysis, logic analysis,mathematical statistics and systematic approach. The results suggest that with in Suzhou,fitness public service system construction, with public service theory, system theory andtheory of urban-rural integration as the theoretical basis, fitness equalization andurban-rural integration of public services as the goal,"people’s livelihood sport","publicsport" and "sport for all" as the philosophy, as well as public welfare fundamentality,equality and convenience as the principle, has gone through three stages of tentativestart, explorative promotion and system construction which include national fitnesspublic service system and public security system, and eventually makes remarkableachievements. But at the same time, in a critical period of construction, Suzhou fitnesspublic service system is also facing problems of single construction main body,insufficient attention paid by local governments, inadequate theoretical knowledge,insufficient content, imperfect fitness public security system and so on. Directing at these problems existing in construction, this paper also puts forward some feasiblecountermeasures as the reference for the decision-making sections.
