Special education students are the future teachers, and how their teaching abilities affect the quality of special education and special education quality. Long-term since, our country teaching mode for teachers and students teaching ability, although there are some studies, but these studies are mainly descriptive and empirical, is from the theoretical analysis of its constituent elements and influencing factors, existing problems and solving countermeasures, empirical research is very few, and the past research is often a single or separate, no one will be teaching guidance and special education students’ teaching ability relationship linking research. This research through the questionnaire survey, conducted a sample survey of special education students in Jilin and Guizhou, to explore the relationship between status, characteristics of special education students feel the teachers teaching methods and teaching ability as well as two, find out the problems, put forward the education countermeasures to solve the problem, for the improvement of the special education teachers guidance, offer the reference and improve the special education college students teaching ability, so as to improve the quality of special education, to promote the professional development of special education. The results of this research indicate:1, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, in line with educational surveying requirements, can be used as a research tool of this study.2, special education college students feel the teacher teaching guidance mode is divided into three dimensions, the score order is:democratic teaching guidance mode> laissez-faire teaching guidance mode> autocratic teaching guidance mode.3, special education students’ teaching ability is divided into four dimensions, the score order: ability, the application of modern information technology and language expression ability, teaching ability, class management ability. 4, Senior feel laissez-faire teaching guidance than junior, significant differences; Laissez-faire autocratic southwest students feel the teachers teaching way more than the northeast, the students feel the teacher teaching mode is less than the Northeast students, and significant difference.5, The students from rural feeling indulgent teacher teaching way more than students from the city, significant differences. Autocratic professional is not the first choice of the students feel the teacher teaching way more than the first volunteer students, and significant difference.6, Outstanding achievement than students of grade point average and good students feel more teachers to adopt democratic direction to teaching, and teachers a harmonious relationship with students feel laissez-faire teaching way more than students, and teachers close rapport and intimate than students of alienation and apathy more students feel to the democratic teaching style, and significant difference.7, Junior language ability, teaching ability is higher than the senior, and significant difference; in the preparation of ability, students scored higher than students in southwest area in Northeast China, and the difference was significant.8, In the use of modern information technology ability, students from the city and special education as the first choice of the students, the score higher than students from rural areas and not the first volunteer students, and significant difference;In the preparation of ability, study result good students scored higher than students with outstanding results, and the difference was significant.9,In the four dimensions of special education students teaching ability, intimacy and teacher relationship and harmonious students scored higher than indifference students.10, Special education college students feel the teacher teaching style has a significant influence on their teaching ability, teachers teaching more democratic, professional college students teaching ability.
