| As the guide of special children's growth,special education teachers shoulder the important responsibility of special children's education and rehabilitation training.Their teaching ability affects the education effect of special children,even affects the speed and quality of special education development.With the development of special education,the ranks of special education teachers are growing.Taking special education teachers as the research object,it is particularly important to explore how to improve their teaching ability for the development of special children and even for the development of special education.In this study,349 special education teachers in Northern Anhui were investigated by random sampling,and the current situation of teaching ability of special education teachers in Northern Anhui was analyzed according to the results of the investigation.Then,according to the results of questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with some special education teachers,the factors that affect their teaching ability were analyzed.Finally,according to the actual situation,the author proposed that To improve their teaching ability.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The teaching ability level of special education teachers in Northern Anhui is generally average.In the four dimensions of teaching ability,teaching design ability and teaching feedback ability are above the middle level,and the current situation of teaching cognitive ability and teaching implementation ability is not ideal;in different dimensions,the teaching ability of special education teachers is stored in demographic variables such as school location,gender,age,education background,professional background,teaching age,number of students taught,etc Significant differences in different degrees.(2)The external factors that affect the teaching ability of special education teachers in Northern Anhui mainly include special education policy,local economic development level,special education school's attention,special education teacher's training mechanism,team building,workload,etc.;the internal factors include specialeducation teachers' professional belief,independence and professionalism,etc.According to the current situation,the ways to improve their teaching ability are as follows: the local departments concerned can formulate and implement the relevant systems of special education and improve the management system of on-the-job training;the special education schools can establish a learning community of mutual assistance and cooperation and reduce the work burden of special education teachers;the special education teachers themselves should be firm in their professional faith and active response to special education Problems encountered in the work. |
