Research objectives: Dietary nutrition is the most important materialfoundation for protecting the athletes’ nutritional needs and maintainingthe athletic ability. The reasonable dietary nutrition is conducive togoing on wheels of the body metabolism process and the favorableadjustment of organ function, which has a good effect on physicalrecovery and injury prevention after exercise, and also helps the athletesto give full play to training results and athletic ability. Athletes, only onthe basis of a reasonable dietary nutrition to do science training, can bebeneficial to improve athletic ability and exerting. The dietary nutritionproblems of the athlete is concerned by more and more attention. In thisstudy, doing three-day survey of the dietary nutrition status about27female boxing and wrestling athletes in Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion, so that proposing the guiding suggestions and giving areasonable suggestions for improvement if the athletes’ daily dietarynutrition exists in unreasonable places during the current process oftraining. Then to provide basic dates with dietary nutrition and featuresfor athletes in the different regions and different projects. Research Methods: using3consecutive days of weighed dietaryrecord,dietary retrospective method and data processing method.Accurately weighing and recording pre-cooked weight, cooked weightbefore and after cooking; also the remaining amount after the meal anddaily consumption of various foods per person in each meal, then to putall the dates entry the software of the analysis and management systemfor the athletes and the general public dietary nutrition to process andanalyze, the software was developed by the State Sports GeneralAdministration. At last, making the results contrast with DietaryReference Intake for Chinese Residents and the Recommended DietaryNutrients and Suitable Food Intake for Chinese Athletes.Research results:81%athletes’ energy intake values are lower than therecommended value of the Chinese athletes in the27female wrestlingand boxing athletes of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,52%athletes’ carbohydrate intake values are lower than the recommendedvalue of the Chinese athletes. By the paired T test, we found thatathletes’ energy intake, P <0.05, which illustrate the athletes’ energyintake and Chinese dietary reference intakes exist the significantdifference; athletes’ carbohydrate intake, P>0.05, which illustrate theathletes’ carbohydrate intake and dietary reference Intakes, doing notexist the significant difference. Deficiency of breakfast energy intake,may be related with shorter interval between the getting up time and breakfast time. Lunch and dinner time are in the standard range.Athletes’ vitaminB1and a vitamin C intake below the recommendedvalue of the Chinese athletes. But athletes’ vitaminB1, P>0.05, whichillustrate the vitaminB1intake of athletes and the recommended valuesof the Chinese athletes, doing not exist the significant difference. Whilevitamin C, P <0.05, which illustrate the vitamin C intake of athletes andthe recommended values of the Chinese athletes exist the significantdifferences, and every minerals intake of the athletes are all above therecommended value.Final conclusion: The27female wrestling and boxing athletes in theInner Mongolia Autonomous Region, wholly illustrating that they arelacking of the energy, carbohydrates, vitamin B1and vitamin C intake.Athletes use supplements, meanwhile, need to pay attention to thedietary intake of cereals, legumes, vegetables and fruits, because theycontain nutrients which is not a substitute in animal food.
