| Reasonable dietary structure is not only an important basis to ensure the healthy development of young people’s body and mind,but also plays a key role in participating in football training or matches and keeping full of energy to complete academic tasks.To explore the understanding degree of nutritional knowledge,attitude and dietary behavior of young athletes,and to provide certain reference for the nutritional and dietary status of young athletes aged 14-17.A total of 182 senior high school male football players from Heze Caozhou Wushu Professional School and Heze No.1 Middle School were selected as the investigation objects.Literature method was adopted to consult and collect relevant literature to grasp the current situation of dietary nutrition research of teenage football players,and literature materials such as books and periodicals were used to provide theoretical basis for this study.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 182 male high school football players to investigate their knowledge,belief and practice of dietary nutrition.Dietary weighing method and 24-hour dietary review method is used for two middle school,a total of 32 investigation on dietary intake of elite male soccer players,by dietary nutrition education in four weeks the education group of 16 athletes nutritional knowledge education and put forward suggestion to the diet,control group of 16 athletes normal diet,nutrition education.Finally,the KAP Dietary Nutrition Questionnaire and the 24-hour Dietary Review Table were filled out again,and the results of the survey before,after or within the group of the education group and the control group were statistically summarized and contrasted by using mathematical statistics.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the KAP Dietary Nutrition Questionnaire survey,it was found that most of the ordinary football players and elite football players had not attended the nutrition courses or lectures.Athletes lack much nutrition knowledge and have little understanding of the types of nutrients and the roles of different nutrients.Lack of scientific knowledge sources is one of the reasons that athletes have a wrong concept of basic nutrition knowledge and have little understanding of football related nutrition knowledge.Athletes have a good overall attitude towards nutrition.Most of them are willing to learn nutrition knowledge and change their eating habits.In terms of dietary behaviors,they all have bad dietary behaviors.They tend to their own preferences in dietary choices,ignoring dietary balance.2.Athletes in the education group before nutrition guidance and the control group consumed less energy at lunch and more energy at dinner,and the proportion of three meals intake was not reasonable.Too little fat intake,too much protein intake,total calorie intake needs to be improved;The intake of vitamin C and vitamin E was lower than the recommended intake and the appropriate intake,and some mineral supplements were unbalanced;Juvenile football players have bad habit of rehydration.The main reason for the dietary problems of young football players is that the eating habits of middle school students are more casual,and they will not pursue the nutritional value or their own nutritional needs.3.There was no significant difference in the energy supply ratio of three meals,but the energy supply ratio of lunch and dinner was improved in the athletes of the education group after nutrition guidance.The proportion of protein intake in macronutrients showed a downward trend,and the total calories were still significantly lower than the recommended value.Vitamin C significantly increased,and the athletes in the guidance group still had a big problem in the supplement of calcium and phosphorus.There was no significant difference in diet between the athletes in the control group in the first week and the fourth week,and nutrient intake was not balanced. |
