In the new social conditions, strengthen the students, especially to strengthen theeducation of middle school students especially for ideological education work is veryimportant, which not only directly related to their personal performance in school, butalso for the future into the community to participate in the work, also plays a role cannot be ignored. We have entered the new century, the new century is a century ofinformation, culture, application of have both ability and political integrity strongtalent is the ultimate aim of school education. So for the middle school, the educationgoal and the actual situation unifies, great attention should be paid to improve theacademic performance of students, but also to achieve the all-round development ofstudents. From a practical point of view, the majority of schools, most of the parentsor to student achievement, relax or ignore the overall growth and progress of students,which is not conducive to their healthy growth. Especially for junior high schoolstudents, they had just completed the transition from primary school to middle school,to adapt to the role of the individual, academic burden is not an easy thing, easy toface the frustration and confusion, so for the junior high school education, the keypoint is to grasp the learning, students the comprehensive and healthy development.We on the mastery of basic materials, for a variety of ways for investigationobject specific visit, mainly in the discussion and questionnaire survey to understandthe actual learning of junior middle school students, mind and life situation,understand the school based management system and practices, careful analysis of theoperating characteristics, find out the defects and shortcomings, come up with apractical solution to the problem.Furthermore, the fundamental purpose of this paper is established to meet theneeds of social development in line with the students practical management systemand mechanism, especially in the management process of the students, pay attentionto the teaching method gentle style, pay attention to influence character by environment effects, feel for others, effective from the Ideological Education level tosolve the problem. We pay attention to solve the problem from various aspects, theonly way to form a work force, deep and long failed to solve the school provide apractical solution. And we hope that the solution is not only a case, and hope that thisplan is a universal guidance and solutions, so as to provide a reference for thenumerous schools.
