The specificperformance: the overall human quality girl is significantly higher than boys(p <0.05), there are significant differences between grade (F=3.398, p <0.05). From the trend, the increased with grade junior middle school students,the interpersonal quality level and type growth situation. After compareaverage (LSD) shows that the overall human quality shows:3>2,3> first (p <0.05); First2and no significant differences (p>0.05).2, the ways ofparents teaching junior high school students’ interpersonal relationship isrelated, personality characteristics and interpersonal quality related.3, parentsupbringing on overall interpersonal quality have significant prediction effect(beta value were0.212,0.201), two factors common explain interpersonalperception8.5%difference (determination coefficient R2=0.085); Theoverall quality of the human personality characteristics significantly predicteffect, can amount to20%of difference. Illustrate the human quality of thewhole or in some factors have a gender and age difference, Family sourcefactors junior high school students’ interpersonal quality level, from the citystudents better than the countryside student; Study the finest studentssignificantly higher grades inferior students; Parents family upbringing mostfactor and interpersonal quality overall and each factor are significantlypositive correlation and interpersonal quality produce positive influence;Parents family upbringing individual factor on overall interpersonal qualityhave significant prediction effects, including parents’ emotional understanding,warm, excessive protection on the child’s interpersonal quality impact;Personality characteristics of adaptability, altruistic to interpersonal qualityhas a significant effect on the quality of the prediction of interpersonalinfluence the most significant; Parents upbringing and personalitycharacteristics of both interpersonal quality prediction effect can reach18.3%of the difference. Conclusion: from the results of this study can be seen as the interpersonalquality, internal factors of personality characteristics and external factors as away of family nurture and interpersonal quality have influence, butpersonality characteristics on the influence of interpersonal quality moreapparent.
