The target of the research is to design the training pattern for the new teachers, with an aim to achieve an all-sided training in accordance with each individual, with different materials, with SES and with the specific circumstance. In order to meet different demands, and to deal with the training of the new teachers, we intend to make a scientific plan for the start of their career and to focus on the transition from theoretical guide to practical training, thus enhancing the teachers’educating and teaching ability of our school.To be more specific, the current research aims to handle the problem of the school-based training, taking some teachers’ educating and teaching ability as the core index and creatively develops a school-based training program tailor made to the new teachers of our school, on the basis of the original training pattern.First of all, design the questionnaires (seven measuring points) on the ground of Chen meter, to diagnose the current situation of the new teachers’ educating and teaching ability.Second, use the professional classrooms for observation and carry out an active monitoring and accurate evaluation on the teachers’ classroom teaching behaviour. Meanwhile, invite the expert teachers to give them the professional teaching advice upon the testing results, so as to help the new teachers out on a teaching strategy fitting their features, promoting their performance in class. Thirdly, forming a comprehensive and efficient teacher training program contributes to the new teachers’ adaptation to the career.
