Science and technology grows rapidly in Twenty-first Century.The progress and development of science and technology have deeply influenced and changed our life,not only in the fields of society,politics,economy and culture,but in the field of education also.More diverse methods of teaching,more facilitates quickly study,and more enriching the teaching resources are going on because of the advance in technology.At the same time,higher learning ability is required.These all prompted leaner push his or her team cooperation ability,cultivate the spirit of innovation,master the basic theories acknowledge and experiment in real life and production.The cultivation of college students fulling of vitality,standing in the forefront of new social technology and new ideas are the national senior professional,are very valuable human resources,and are the future of the country and hope,promote national and social progress also.In this connection,the Student's Platform for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program(hereinafter referred to the Training Program)been carried out in an all around way by the Ministry of education since the Twelfth Five-Year Plan.It always adhere to the principle of "driven by interest,practice independently,focusing on procedures".It aims to promote the concept of higher education change the concept of education,reform the talent cultivation model,strengthen the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship training,enhance the innovation ability of college students and their entrepreneurial ability based on innovation,cultivate high-level innovative talents meeting the needs of innovative country building.The Training Program providing students learning situation of independent observation,exploration,experiment and practice,demands college students carry forward the spirit of creation,think independently,cultivate the ability of identify problems and teamwork problem-solving.The implementation of the project in recent years,a large number of students have benefited from these scientific research training and innovative training.Some of them have embarked on the entrepreneurial road starts here.However,the results of the questionnaire survey in 2014 on the Training Program of Shanghai S University showed a number of questions including the lack of teachers 'guidance,the low output rate,the weak of students' learning ability in the Training Program.Therefore,the author summarizes the research status of learning ability in the Training Program(or "innovation and entrepreneurship" project)and learning ability at home and abroad.At the same time,the author investigated and survived nineteen Municipal Colleges and Universities of Shanghai for in-sighting into their implementation situation in the Training Program,summing up their effective strategy in cultivating learning ability from the Training Program,comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Shanghai S University in this regard.On this basis,the author combined learning theories and teaching theories related,integrated the ADDIE model,and analyzed the learning objectives,contents,learners,instructors and other factors in the Training Program,then,designed and developed cultivation strategies of students' learning ability from the Training Program.Carrying on,implementation was put into effect in 2015.To investigate the implication,the author conducted a questionnaire survey revealed that the implementation of the project,and learning ability from the Training Program.However,curriculum management,process management,the guidance of teachers,scientific research ability and self-monitoring ability of students still needed to be improved.For this purpose,the author used the ADDIE model again,designed and developed cultivation strategy of students' learning ability from the Training Program for the second time in 2016.The same process as the previous,the author carried out a questionnaire survey secondly.The results showed that the enthusiasm and optimism of teachers and the cognitive ability and comprehensive ability of students all improved significantly,compared with both previous.In addition,the number of award winning from all levels of various contests and forums,academic essays published and patent applications are increasing year by year.According to this research,we can draw that lot could be done in the Training Program.Besides,the using of ADDIE model in cultivating college students' learning ability from the Training Program is effective.
