Private education is an important achievement of the educational system innovationsince reform and opening up. Guangdong has always attached great importance to thedevelopment of private education,2009-2011years, the provincial finance actual issued atotal of81440000yuan of special funds, funds of506private schools541items ofexpenditure. In2011, Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance commissioned SouthChina University of Technology research group of the special fund performance evaluation,which includes subjective satisfaction (satisfaction of teachers and students),15three levelindexes. In response to the "inherent requirement of performance evaluation of civil oriented"satisfaction evaluation, expand the empirical method of performance evaluation of fiscalexpenditure project, from the methodology to realize subjective index and objective index toconfirm each other and complement each other, is conducive to the promotion of effectivemoney for private education, strengthen the social supervision of the use of funds.In this paper, as an empirical study, according to the "why what how to performinvestigation results (analysis) of logical thinking countermeasures", starting from theperspective of satisfaction, using the real data to investigate the basis of private education,Guangdong Province, as well as the use of special funds management of private schoolteachers and students’ satisfaction by empirical research. The full text can be divided intothree parts: the first part reviews the background, concept and evaluation of private educationfinancial special funds’ performance satisfaction, research results of domestic and foreignexperts, scholars summarized review, on the basis of previous research results, combined withthe practice of Guangdong Province, puts forward the research method in this paper, theformation of the content framework; second part of private education, the financial funds’performance satisfaction evaluation scheme for construction, expounds its basic concept,technology system and organization operation; the third part, through the GuangdongProvince seven city and provincial31people analysis questionnaire survey, informationcollection and quantitative school teachers and student satisfaction, empirical research results,summarized the results behind, in-depth analysis of its causes, based on the proposedsolutions to this problem.
