Research On Performance Evaluation Of Investment And Development Special Funds In A Private University

Hundred years' policy based on education;while the education policy based on universities.During the 13 th five-years plan period,private education has developed rapidly in China.The quality of education and the level of running schools has also been improved on different degrees in various private universities,which have made great contributions to the healthy,stable and rapid development of China's economy and society.With regard to the increase in financial support for private higher education year by year,How to judge the scientificity of input and how to evaluate the efficiency of output has become an important problem to be solved.Therefore,it is both necessary and important to conduct performance evaluation on the investment and development special funds of private universities.The scientific way and system of performance evaluation is the fundamental to ensure the quality of performance evaluation.This paper consists of four parts.The first part introduces the background of the topic selection,analyzes and reviews the research status of the research on the performance evaluation of the investment and development special funds of private universities at home and abroad,and summarizes the innovation points of this paper.The second part points out the predicament of the performance evaluation of the investment and development special fund of A private university,and studies the establishment of the performance evaluation system of A private university from the goals,methods and procedures.The third part specifically analyzes the selection of specific indicators for the performance evaluation,and conducts an empirical analysis based on the performance of the project budget declaration.The fourth part is aboutthe optimization and suggestions of performance evaluation.This paper takes the performance evaluation of A private university's investment and development special fund as the object,and introduces the input-output theory analysis method of financial management into the performance evaluation system of private universities.From the three aspects of output,benefit and satisfaction,this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of private university's investment and development funds.This paper uses a simple and easy-to-use method to measure and select performance evaluation indicators scientifically,which to some extent solves the problems of imperfect performance evaluation system of special funds for investment and development of private universities,such as irregular,excessive and untargeted setting of evaluation indicators,etc.And it can more directly reflect the project completion of the special fund implementation unit.The system provides ideas for private universities to carry out performance evaluation of investment and development special funds.
