The Research Of The Competive Level Development Of Beijing College Volleyball Team Facts

From the former State Education Commission decided to institute the high-level sports teams in some partsof the universities since 1987,the volleyball team have made many achievements after 20 years,but the whole level is not high,how to improve the high-level sports teams is an important issue befor us.This study used documents survey,interviews,comparative analysis, mathematical statistics,and other research methods,anylysis the development of the high-level sports teams of Beijing,and gived the whole level of the teams.The main facts of the development of Beijing College volleyball team’s:1 Training race factor:The existing system of Volleyball competition need to be improved,the time of both train and match are to little.2 Evaluation of the incentive factor:Lack of the necessary coaches and incentive mechanism so that effective coaches and athletes intrinsting of trainning.3 Support for the security factor:there is too little funding and Stadiums of trainning which constrains the development team.4 The coaches of Group A develop more detailed training program than Group B,and have more experience and more training,thinks the school’s emphasis on the team is deeper.5 The time of both the match and taining of Group A are much more than Group B,the facilities for training of Group A are better than Group B,and there are differences beetwin the two group.
