Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Beijing Mass Air Volleyball

Gas volleyball movement since its invention,it's fun,entertaining,competitive and view and admire a gender to quickly catch on around the country,especially in elderly group,but also as the fitness healthy heart of one of the important projects.In2017,tianjin national games listed gas volleyball as one of the competition items,providing a good boost for the vigorous development of gas volleyball.After forming a team,selecting team members,training hard and struggling hard,Beijing gas volleyball finally won the eighth place in the preliminary contest of tianjin national games.However,because tianjin gas volleyball team as the host of the final as a direct promotion,the Beijing gas volleyball team finally failed to qualify for the final,and lost.As China's political,cultural,sports,science and technology development center,the Beijing municipal gas volleyball has grown vigorously in recent years,different occupation,age,gender,education and other composite for gas volleyball are beginning to have an interest,enterprises,schools,community can be seen everywhere,such as gas volleyball competitions,more and more participation,scale more and more big,the Beijing municipal gas volleyball is a booming trend is developing rapidly,provides project support for the Beijing people's physical and mental health development,especially in elderly group,love volleyball is increasing the number of gas,more and more.In this paper,the author USES the literature material law,such as the present situation of the development of gas volleyball in Beijing were investigated,the influence factors of affecting Beijing gas volleyball,puts forward the reasonable countermeasures and Suggestions.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1)The development of Beijing's air volleyball sport is booming.The number ofparticipants has gradually increased,the events have been widely carried out,and the scale has gradually expanded;Participants have more time,higher frequency of participation,and longer time;Most of the participants are women,and most of the occupations are enterprise employees,teachers,etc.,but they also include many types of occupations,and the occupational limit is relatively small;Participants are well motivated and have better economic income and investment;(2)Participants in Beijing's air volleyball sport have a good mentality.They are mainly entertainment and exercise.They are basically self-organized teams,and they basically raise their own activities.At the same time,the government's support for funding is not strong.Air volleyball participants were not satisfied with the professional guidance and venue facilities.Most of them have a certain hard volleyball base.Other participants have a slight lack of knowledge and skills and need to continue to improve their volleyball awareness.(3)The development of Beijing's air volleyball sport is affected by many factors.First,the factors of venue equipment facilities,and then the factors of projects,individuals,governments,media,schools,and air volleyball referees.(4)Measures for the development of Beijing's air volleyball sports include increasing government support,improving and expanding venue facilities,increasing participants 'awareness of air volleyball sports,increasing media dissemination,social guidance,and training of referees.The other is to set up air volleyball courses in school physical education.
