Purpose:Investigate effect of training,the marine bioactive peptide and soybean protein supplementation on content changes of desmin and bFGF after eccentric exercise in rats and the expression of bFGF in different muscle fiber types.Evaluate effect of training,the marine bioactive peptide and soybean protein supplementation on exercise-induced injury.Methods:male SD rats,were randomly divided into non-exercise control group and three training groups:group of supplying marine bioactive peptide、group of supplying soybean protein and group of suppling water. 6-wk training involves the 5days/wk,and the speed from 20.0m/min in to 35.0m/min,and the grade was always -5°.In the seventh week,The tissues were collected from the quadriceps femoris separately at 0h,24h and 48h after eccentric exercise.Desmin and bFGF content was determined by immun-istologically stain and Western blotting.Muscle fiber typing was diagnosed using metachromatic dye-ATPase methods.Serum enzymes activity of CK was measured.Results:1) The desmin content decreased at 0h and 24h and began to raise at 48h after eccentric exercise in both group of supplying soybean protein and group of suppling water.At 24h,The desmin content decreased significantly in group of supplying soybean protein;2) The desmin content is higher in group of supplying marine bioactive peptide at 0h, 24h and 48h after eccentric exercise;3) The bFGF content decreased at 0h and began to raise at 24h after eccentric exercise in both group of supplying soybean protein and group of suppling water.The bFGF content decreased significantly at 0h and increased significantly at 48h in group of supplying soybean protein;4) The bFGF content decreased at 0h and continued to 48h after eccentric exercise in group of supplying marine bioactive peptide;5) The immunohistochemical localization showed that bFGF protein was found in the connective parts of muscle endomysium in fibers except typeⅡb and typeⅡb. extent after centrifugal movement;2) Supplying marine bioactive peptide may promote desmin content better than soy protein after centrifugal movement,but not through regulating bFGF content.
