With the development of the Internet in people’s daily lives, more and morepeople do shopping, communicate with each other, read news, learn, and find a jobor recruit by internet. a variety of network platforms provide people with variousservices. Life today moves faster than ever before, whether employer or job seekershave spent a lot of time, material resources and energy on the Recruitment.Recruitment by Internet is a new form in recent years. Because internet platform hasadvantage of fast, low cost and widespread. So recruitment by Internet enables bothsides to get better returns.SOA is a software design based on the thought about services. Through usingSOA architecture technology, companies can quickly construct software componentsand reduce software development life cycle.The MVC design pattern is very popularin the Web application development, This pattern’s idea is dividing the Webapplication into three layers, and model，view and controller play different role inthe web application, In Web applications, the page seen by user and the actualbusiness logic seperated totally, which benefit the maintenance, extension and codereuse of the web application. Struts framework is a very good framework to helpdevelopers create web applications that utilize a MVC architecture in Java language.Struts framework integrates a variety of information, labeling and other resourcesinto a unified framework, and makes the application structure clearer.This paper is based on the background of designing a web-based platform forjob searching and recruitment system. This system is based on Struts framework.This paper will do the following tasks: First, I made an Introduction to China’s situation of online recruitment, on thebasis of the actual situation, I made a choice for technology.Using a MVC pattern tobuild the application, and I choose Struts framework in the Java language to achievethe implementation of the MVC design pattern finally. This paper introduced theMVC design pattern and the Struts framework. its ideology and structure with a clearunderstanding. Paving the way for the actual design of the system.Secondly, I have made a particular requirement analysis of the system, andunderstood the function of the system clearly. Then I used case analysis on the basisof the job mentioned before. Then I constructed the recruitment system and designthe table, trigger and storage process for sqlserver2005.The main design of thesystem is complete.Finally, I have tested the system using various of test case. The systemimplements all the features required at the beginning of this paper with robustnessand scalability feature. I summarize all the work in the design and development ofthe whole system, although the paper is over, the system still has a lot of work to do.The expansion of the system is has a bright future, you can make the system widelyused and more comprehensive.
