The Effecting Mechanism Study Of Micro-blogging Opinion In The Discussion Of Public Topics

The2011year is called "micro-blogging hot" year, with the reason of many public issues had been placed on the micro-blogging platform. The public opinion mechanism which takes place on micro-blogging platform is getting into the field of public vision gradually. In the past year, we have experienced Qian Yunhui event, the event of nuclear radiation and robbing salt,the controversy of Guo Meimei incident and The Red Cross Society of China, calling investigation truth for7.23train accident, the Rashomon event of Da Vinci furniture, Xiao Yueyue event and other big events or controversies. As long as the topic of micro-blogging touches the issue of public interest, quite a lot of attention and discussion must be attracted. The main effect of micro-blogging is to crowd, opinion fields are shaping by the crowding function of forwarding, discussing,@and other apps, which contributing to the deep discussion of public topics. In this opinion field, the elites and grass-root level combination and make sounds, which make the development of events obtain new space, but also enable the development of event become complicated and confused, out of control.This paper would take Qian Yunhui event, Guo Meimei event as study sample,adopting the data analysis, content analysis, discourse analysis and other research methods to explore the mechanism of action of public opinion in micro-blogging in the Qian Yunhui event, Guo Meimei event.After analysis, the author find that the mechanisms of public opinion present different situation in the discussion of both events. In the beginning of Qian Yunhui event, the micro-blogging opinion instinctively chooses to ignore the official sound, while forwardly believe netizens’thesis. Kinds of doubt voices shown in the field of public opinion, the group polarization of emotional expression, and the effect of extension comment make the development of events deviate from the truth, dropping into the trap of rumours and conspiracy. Not until the final truth released, the opinion in the micro-blogging have began to subside, but there are still some people who do not believe the official conclusion. The performance of the public mood and official credibility absence are worth our reflection. The discussion of Guo Meimei event obviously reflects Butterfly Effect propagation mechanism of the opinion field in the Micro-blogging. An ordinary girl’s showing initiates collective condemn to The Red Cross Society of China. In this event, the opinion leaders play a leading role, which also shows the public demand for public interest. Therefore, the expression demand promotes the formation of public opinion field about Guo Meimei event, which shows energy and role gradually in the development of the event. The Red Cross Society of China begin to accept official audit, and make itself further transparency, which is more important is to promote the reform of China’s philanthropy.This article concluded the elements which promote the formation of public opinion field on public issues are expression demand for public interest, the key points to stimulate the expression of public issues, the lack of credibility of government departments, the opinion leaders and other factors. In any discussion of public issues, the above key elements are not missing. The elements of expression are superimposed on each other, attracting micro-blog users polymerize to together, expressing themselves together, developing their speech right, which promote formation of the public opinion field, thus highlights the mechanism of public opinion in the micro-blogging further.
