We media is a medium for the internet users to express their own voice andshow their own emotion.The micro-blogging belongs to a kind of "We media".Celebrity micro-blogging enjoy better social resources and public worship, so they arewith more power of word-appeal, the higher social influence and greater publicinfluence.Celebrity micro-blogging do not only express personal thoughts andfeelings from the media,but also upgrade to include public service and social sharingof "public media" as the role of"opinion leaders". The celebrity micro-blogging carryon huge energy with important public responsibilities at the same time, such as theoutput of rational values, the development of good public discourse,and modest guidefor network field of public opinion.Not all the celebrity micro-blogging consciouslytake up the public liability.This study is based on the public responsibility of celebrity micro-blogging.Started with the connotation of celebrity micro-blogging analysis, the study then findsthe specific definition of the famous micro-blogging. Naturally, the celebritymicro-blogging excavated at the same time to express personal thoughts and give ventto their private emotions, but also the load characteristics of the public media.Thistriggered a celebrity micro-blogging public liability concept of the subject.
